New Record "This is Love" Mix Session in ATL Studio!

Today I have a treat for you that I hope you will all enjoy. As you all know I'm back in the lab working on my next project!!! Which explains why I haven't blogged in awhile.
The name of the song is "This is Love" produced by Country Swang. The video up above is being mixed in a studio by Dan The Man, Dan The Man, Dan The Man Tv, and his partner Ron Trego.
Since I'm recording my next project in the DMV and the engineering team is located in the ATL, you and I are watching and hearing this for first time together.
That's the crazy thing about this video! Also that explains why I am not seen in the scene!

Don't Get Caught by Spring/Summer
3F1s,
As you know Im out here grind trying to get some type of buzz going with my music. The other day I was recordin (track posted soon!), when management was talking about all the things we got to do before we can get my next project out there. One of them was a photo shoot.
Now I don't mind jumping in the camera but then I started to think... If I'm going to take it to the next level I need to step up to the next level.
When these companies are looking for acts to signed they are looking at the total package? For some of you who are not following I am talking Physical apperance.
No don't get me its not like I got a face that only a mother could love..(which she does), I want to get my body right ya dig. You know become more healthy and cut up before the summer time.
So today I started working out. I'm sore as shit now!!! But I got a trainer, diet and a new workout plan to make sure that Spring/Summer won't catch me with my shirt on!!!
So for anybody who is trying to workout but don't know how to start..I posted below Lil Cease Hardbody Dvd clips of his workout tips. Check it out!!!

I know I posted three blogs in one day!! This is a record! Well anyway. In this everyday struggle for success you never really stop to think of whose paying attention to you. Well one day I was reading an email from Skinny Corleone. It was a forward from J Mill.
As I was reading this email about the DMV grind I was pleasantly surprised to see my name mentioned by J-Mill. I was like wow! He sees me on myspace "twittering"!! You know the friend status update. I use that thing like twitter.
Its nice to know that the little that I am doing is being noticed by people...even when I think that it ain't.

I bumped shoulders with a lot of folks on my travels performing all over from DC To baltimore and VA back n forth back n forth. A lot of you know what I mean cuz I see you and If I don't see you I catch up on whats what through blasts like Skinny's Joint.
I've connected with Brother Maniac, Enoch, and Spitts Mcman all through the blast. I did a show Hip Hop for the homeless with Brother Maniac and Marz from SkyLine..., I've recently sent a track to Spitts Mcman joint Play it or Spray it...lol It got Sprayed...real talk. But the feedback you get is incredible...i recommend anyone to send ya track to Spitts Mcmans show and others like it to see what the people think b4 you even throw it out to ya market. (Just my opinion).
Well i''m gone, I just wanted to let my presence be known. When you see me holla at meh, hit me on the space...if you in the DMV (And I mean the Whole DC the whole Maryland the whole VA) and you grindin ya music hit me on the space. Shots out to Wordsmith and Dubbs Lane...I see yall blasts all the time. Also i'm tryna come to Haydeez...Heat holla at me mayne.

Baton Rouge Murderland on Play it or Spray it Thursday!!!!

I know I know Im still late on the New Year!! But I started off my New Year on a good high note! Not only was I blessed to see a new year, I was blessed to get my record played!!! The Club Radio Network's Spitts McMan put me in the January 1, 2009 edition of PLAY IT OR SPRAY IT THURSDAY..WILL U GET PLAYED OR SPRAYED?
Spitts McMan hit me up on the myspace that day to ask me if I want to submit a song. So I submitted Baton Rouge Murderland!!
It was recived pretty well. Shouts out to Oowop City , Trace Blam, Trigga and J5 (BmoreHH) for Playin my shit!
Some people wanted to spray it. I think one person gave me a flesh wound!!! As in the words of Spitts McMan "its a small thing to a GIANT!!!!"

To my friends who enjoys a glass of wine.. . and those who don't.
As Ben Franklin said:
In wine there is wisdom,
in beer there is freedom,
in water there is bacteria.
In a number of carefully controlled trials, scientists have demonstrated that if we drink 1 litre of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than
1 kilo of Escherichia coli,
(E. coli) - bacteria found in feces.
In other words, we are consuming
1 kilo of poop.
However, we do NOT run that risk when
drinking wine & beer (or tequila, rum, whisky or other liquor), because alcohol has to go through a purification process of boiling, filtering and/or fermenting.
Remember:
Water = Poop, Wine = Health .
Therefore, it's better to drink wine and talk stupid, than to drink water and be full of shit.
